Authentic Provencal cuisine in Boston’s top restaurant. Located in Boston’s most converted spots, overlooking famous Boston Gardens and Harbor. With open kitchen, two bars, and private dining rooms, this property offers a great learning experience. Tour the Freedom Trail, shop at Faneuil Hall, visit historic museums, or catch a game at Fenway Park.
Rotation: Grill Station, Pastry, Garde Manager
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of recent fine dining experience
  • Hot line experience
  • Good English skills

Start: immediately available
Duration: 12 months
Salary: Regular hours $10.00; Overtime (above 40 hours per week) $15.00 per hour
