Demichef de cuisine (m/f) sought at 4 Diamond International Hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta


Train under one of a few Master Chefs from France! Visit all great places in Atlanta such as the GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Centennial Olympic Park and many more! Join this modern Restaurant with contemporary southern feel at this 4 star hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta! Expand your culinary talents from a great team. Looking for the 'right' person to train at this new hotel! You need to have previous luxury experience and good English skills.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Rotation: Demi Chef: Restaurant – Banquets, Chef de Partie: Restaurant

Example of Responsibilities:
  • Traditional and contemporary restaurant menus
  • Organize the preparation, storage, and delivery of small volume production
  • Banquet menus with an emphasis on quality, quantity, setup, timing, service
  • Set up and maintenance of department to ensure that it is up to standard

Requirements:
  • At least 6 months prior culinary experience in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Good English skills


Salary: $ 11.50 per hour, 40 working hours per week
Start: February 2014
Duration: 12 months
