Position: Guest Services - Butler
Rotation: Mornings Butler, Evening Butler
Example of Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service
- Fulfill all guest needs
- Improve knowledge and enhance skills in duties and responsibilities of the butler services staff
- Assist in the management and administration of butler staff operations
- Learn policies and procedures for handling guest calls
- Handle various requests for information and calls
- Ensure all occupied rooms and arrival rooms are turned down to standard
- Ensure all entries in the log book are followed up on
- Update the Manager on Duty on the guests statusRequirements:
- Hospitality related Bachelor’s degree
- Current luxury or high end experience for at least 6 months
- Very good English plus 2 other languages
- Ability to provide an excellent guest service
