o Gathered the requirements from Bank of America Business Analysts.
o Prepared the Functional specifications based on the Business requirements gathered.
o Prepared the High level design and Low level design documents.
o Lead the technical team of 8 members to develop and test the technical components of this application.
o Conducted code review to ensure the team followed the development standards with the Checkstyles and PMD.
o Played the role of configuration controller and ensured the applications build status is green on daily basis.
o Deployed the applications on the development servers for unit testing.
o Conducted User acceptance testing with UAT testers and Business Analysts.
o Involved in deploying the applications in Production servers with the help of L3 support team.
o Prepared user manuals and FAQs and posted them on the Bank of America Share point server.
o Conducted the training sessions with the application users.
o Supporting the XMAN application by resolving the PI and Production defects.
