Project Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Administrator
A leading main contractor is looking for a freelance project surveyor/contracts administrator with immediate effect, ideally you will be available for a December start.
You will be working from their head office in Central London and will be covering a few projects, looking after procurement, sub contractor management, cost reporting, sub contractor payments and final accounts.
The schemes including student accommodation new build and high end refurbishment. You will boast a solid construction main contractor background and have a good level of surveyor experience.
