| Job Description:
Rebates Claim Administrator will be working to promoting rebates and incentives to customers. He will be entering data into ERP system relating to rebates and reconcile it time to time.
* Reviewing Sales Orders and Invoiced data of clients/Microsoft.
* Work closely with clients sales team in order to analyze prospective sales orders. * Preparation of record spreadsheets. * Filling of claim forms. * Communicate with vendors/manufacturers/Sales team of client to follow up the payments.
Note: This is a permanent night shift job & our timings are 9:00 pm to 6:00 am
Skills Required:* Research capabilities to cater rebate promotions. * Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook required to compile data. * Bachelor's Degree in business with IT background will be preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Strong analytic skills are required. |
