Job Description:

For this position, we are looking for B.E. (Electrical), who should have at least 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate shall have a sound knowledge of generators, should have strong leadership and communication skills. Should have a strong understanding and knowledge of legal laws related to the power. Strong negotiation skills are key, and so are strong team working skills. Responsibility: Overall responsible for RWML Electrical issues. Manages and oversees the daily operations of power plant. Maintaining efficient plant equipment operation and supervision by establishing operational procedures. Responsible for maintenance of power plant engines and generators. Should be aware of all the legal and statutory requirements to effectively run the Power Plant. Monitors operations for efficiency and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed. Managing the daily operations, maintenance and repair of plant equipment. Conducting periodic inspections, analyses, and reviews and maintaining related documents. Ensuring equipment life and safety and operational efficiencies. To provide uninterrupted power supply to plant to maximize reliability. Select and train plant employees. Establishing all shift production schedules
