Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with B.E. (Chemical), 18-25 years experience in a reputable Sugar company out of which at least 5-6 years of experience at the same position. Skills:  Should have sound knowledge of Sugar process, should have strong leadership and communication skills. The candidate must have a strong understanding and knowledge of legal laws related to power.   Strong negotiation skills are key, and so are excellent team working skills. Responsibilities: Responsible for production from Heating and Adding lime to Drying of Sugar Mills Limited. Developing manufacturing and operational strategic plans and generally overseeing their implementation to ensure maximum recovery. Directing and co-coordinating production according to quality and quantity specifications within cost objectives. Providing strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations, at all levels, including on the shop floor. Maintain a high quality consciousness. Supervise and provide technical guidance to subordinates.
