Job Description

Duties:
- Select materials and furniture from the selection of what the company supplies and put it together as a complete package to be presented to the client according to project needs.
- In charge to displays, decorating and alternating furniture display for showrooms.
- Good ability to understand and interpret project scope from the design documents
- Plan & organise the execution teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project
- Interact & coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure that the works are being carried out as per the design documents, specifications, etc
- Exercise strong control over site activities and resources to ensure timely completion of projects within the budgeted costs with good quality workmanship
- Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project
- Coordinating with clients for interior designer works
- Visiting clients’ sites to take measurement and to propose furniture and decorative items.
- Guiding walk-in customers around the showroom explaining benefits, product, etc.
- Drawing for clients using AutoCAD, 3D max, Photoshop, PowerPoint
- Preparing quotation and following the status of the orders till the final delivery to the client.
- Capability of understanding the needs and constraints of a project, and transform the brief of the into a creative concept.
- Creative and innovative in terms of Designs outcomes presentation
- Select materials from the selection of what the company supplies and put it together as a complete package to be presented to the client according to project needs.
- Attend coordination meeting with other consultants/ suppliers/ Client/ contractors
- Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.

Skills

A minimum 5 years of retail interior design or visual merchandising experience
-Freehand sketching
-Advanced Auto CAD
-Advanced 3D Max
-Advanced Photoshop
-MS Office
-Highly skilled; presentable and self motivated
-Age between 25-35 years old
-Excellent communication skills
-Arabic & English speaking
