Job Description:
The key responsibilities and deliverables of this position are given as follows:
Generate RFQ from INTECH Business system (IPPS) and follow up with Vendors for timely Quotation.
• Assist in Comparison of Quotations and select commercially viable Vendors.
Generate PO to Selected Vendors and follow up Vendors to expedite delivery and ensure timely receipt of Material.
• Coordinate with Houston Panel Shop for Material Receiving.
• Update INTECH Business System (IPPS) with material receiving schedules for reporting purpose to all PMs.
• Shipping & Logistics handling.
• Assist in Material Packing, Documentation, Insurance & dispatch to end Destination.
• Vendor bills verification and entry in INTECH Business System (IPPS).
• Assist in Vendor Evaluations in INTECH Business System (IPPS).
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
• University degree in MBA (Business, Administration, Supply Chain).
• 2 Year’s experience in Procurement related field
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Solid Business acumen, management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills Well versed with MS office and working on spread sheet
• Well versed in all latest incoterms
• Analytical Skills required
• Proactive approach
• Sense of responsibility
