Principle responsibility is to support, enhance and develop cloud-based data and document-management applications and contribute technical knowledge in current application development efforts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist SOC team on customer issues that pertain to development.
- Support and enhance current applications.
- Work with project team to meet technical expectations and goals.
- Responsible for design and implementation of system components.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Participate in internal testing to identify problems early, perform error and stress scenarios.
- Participate in on call rotation and be available for emergency situations if needed.
- Be ready to participate in deployments, maintenance and updates to customer environments outside of regular business hours, when needed, in addition to regular working hours.
- Participate in customer calls as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of recent exposure to design and development of software applications inside or outside of the classroom.
- Minimum of a US Green Card due to contractual requirements.
- Development experience with Microsoft technologies and database programming.
- Must have Experience with Visual Studio .NET, C#, MS SQL.
- Desired Experience with ASP.NET, TSQL, XML
- Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for systems, environments, and software.
- Must be able to succeed in a dynamic collaborative team environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
