 We are seeking highly motivated individuals to learn the ins and outs of software development. We work in highly collaborative teams utilizing the Agile methodology. This unique internship experience will revolve around the development of a new software solution from concept to implementation. Candidates will be working with other interns and under the mentorship of an experienced delivery team. This is a great opportunity for you to apply your knowledge to a real world solution.
Accountabilities:
Work in a dynamic Agile (Extreme Programming) team environment
Produce high quality code, on time and on target
Research and understand product requirements to ensure success beta test, product launch, etc
Engineer software through its complete life-cycle |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | • Course work and / or experience in software design and development in Java, J2EE
• Experience with object-oriented programming and methodologies
• Knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, HTTPUnit, Selenium, etc.
• Team player
The following is desirable but not required:
Experience developing web applications
Experience working with web application frameworks
Course work and / or experience with EJB, JSP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, ANT |
