Key Role:
Work as a part of a software development team, building Web applications that integrate with the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) SharePoint portal. Work in a dynamic environment, using agile development methodologies to create Web applications in support of AFSOC business applications. Use C#, JQuery, JSON, JavaScript, and ASP.Net languages and software architectures. Work across the software development life cycle, participating in the requirements gathering, designing and coding solutions, testing and evaluating applications, and writing software documentation.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-4+ years of experience with developing Web-based applications, including academic-Experience with at least 2 of the following languages and architectures: C#, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, or ASP.Net-Ability to be an effective communicator through written products and oral presentations-Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience-Ability to obtain a security clearance
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and 2012-Experience in an agile development or SCRUM environment-Experience with team foundation server-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint-Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, or LINQ-Experience as a member of a software development team-Active Secret clearance preferred-BA or BS degree in a related field preferred-CompTIA or Security+ Certification preferred
