  An established product design company has launched a new SaaS product focussed on fostering innovation and problem solving. They are looking for an entrepreneurial Technical Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in delivering successful software projects.
  
  
  KEY ACTIVITIES
  
  Develop and implement technology vision for the platform
  * Further develop SaaS maturity
  * Design and oversee implementation of high level goal architecture
  * Build and manage roadmap of new features
  * Define and monitor KPIs for development, support, and instances` performance
  
  Manage external development and support teams
  
  * Oversee development and ensure validity of development approach
  * Supervise support teams and ensure validity of support approach
  * Build best in class client support model
  
  Main point of contact for all technical question
  
  * Participate in business development conversations with clients
  * Manage requests from new and existing clients for new features
  
  As a design principle all senior team members also manage client relationships and consult clients on running projects and challenges. This includes weekly calls educating clients how to best use the platform, making use of the platforms resources platform and tools.
