Senior Dialler / Data Analyst - Retail

My client, a market leader within the retail sector, is looking to add a Senior Dialler / Data Analyst -Retail to their team based in Staffordshire.

Reporting to and working closely with the Data / Dialler Manager, the Senior Dialler / Data Analyst (Retail) will be an essential member of the Data / Dialler department. The main aim of the role is to increase penetration, productivity and sales volumes through extraction, querying and analysing of data to ensure optimisation of campaigns and data sets. The Senior Dialler / Data Analyst (Retail) will be responsible for the generation of a range of be-spoke reports to demonstrate performance and forecast future achievement. The candidate will be given the freedom to improve the current processes and procedures and demonstrate ideas with supporting evidence.

The Senior Dialler / Data Analyst - Retail will be responsible for the following;

- Analysis and monitoring of outbound and campaign specific data performance.

- Maintaining an environment of continuous improvement through the analysis of measurable strategy results.

- Identification and recommendation of improvements to increase sales volumes by maximising the data usage.

- Using standard and custom reports, daily MI will be produced to a high level of accuracy.

- To maintain central data sources, ensuring data integrity for all reports, including DR plans.

- Forecast of required staff supported with data evidence.

- Provide and create best time to call analysis.

- Administer predictive dialler functionality - campaign real-time configuration changes, agent account administration, list management.

The Senior Dialler / Data Analyst - Retail must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

- Previous experience of analysis and manipulation of large amounts of data.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL.

- Experience of Predictive Dialling Systems.

- Knowledge of DNP and TPS processes

- Knowledge of OFCOM regulations relating to predictive diallers.

- Knowledge of DMA recommendations.

- Ideally 3 years experience within a similar position.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail, excellent written, verbal and listening skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of management. They will need to be a strong, self motivated team player.
