Job Title: Developer # 2582/ United
Terms: 3-Months + Contract to Hire
Location: Chicago IL or Houston
Contract to hire position – Green Card or Citizens only
Tasks to be Performed
- Experience in developing or architecting solutions in these technologies is required: Required: J2EE 1.6, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), WebServices, Servlets, Struts , JSP, JSTL and Custom tags, JDBC, Java Beans, XML, XSL, XSD, JMS, JavaScript. Preferred: JBoss, Spring, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Multi-threaded Architecture. Able to Work with distributed teams (on shore and off).
- Educated to a minimum of Degree level in a Technology discipline and possessing 4 or more years experience in development or implementation of large scale critical infrastructure projects, as well as experience of designing and modeling complex commercial real-time and high availability systems. Ability to independently problem solve and be self-directed, having attention to details, and the ability to capture, organize and analyze information. Excellent knowledge of distributed computing technologies especially in the eCommerce/Internet space.

• Enhancing and maintaining a content management system built on SharePoint 2010.
• As an expert, you will be expected to assist with design as well as development.
• Development work may involve .NET development in other components outside of SharePoint also. I.e., general aspx and dll development on an ASP.NET website.
• Development of enhancements, maintenance and support of the united.com website and related applications.s.
• Enhancing and maintaining a content management system built on SharePoint 2010.
• As an expert, you will be expected to assist with design as well as development.
