Primary Accountability: To assist the Global Inventory Control department in regards to entry level tasks such as data entry of count sheets and other administrative duties. Progressively the position is expected to mature into a firm understanding of the stock count and variance investigation process. Can be considered a training ground within the department to potentially take on more responsibility such as that of and inventory control specialist.
Responsibilities:

• Data entry of count sheets into ERP system
• Administrative duties such as file scanning and uploading
• Assist department in stock count coordination of line bases or similar
• Assist and become familiar with stock count process and variance investigations.
• Coordinate line base counts under the supervision of a more senior department member.
• International travel may be required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong skills using MS products (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)
• Experience with inventory control related functions
• Strong communication skills (written & oral)
• Must be meticulous and detail oriented
• Clear, concise and effective communicator
