If you are currently an Active Directory / DNS / Windows Server professional, expand and accelerate your career opportunities by training to become a Microsoft Messaging (Exchange and Lync) subject matter expert with Unbounded Solutions, a national leader in IT consulting!
• Make $80k - $100k after two years of experience (competitive hourly rate starting at $60k - $75k plus overtime and generous pay raise structure based on performance)

Interview
Streamlined 3-step interviewing process, guided by your dedicated Technical Recruiter
1. Initial pre-screen – an online assessment of your AD and DNS skills
2. Technical interview – a live practical lab led by one of our technical team members
3. Confirmation round – a Skype call with our Hiring Coordinator assessing your professional communication and overall suitability for the position
Train
• Paid travel to Atlanta, Georgia
• Interactive, innovative technical training led by field-experienced trainers in our Atlanta training facilities
• 4-6 hours per day of hands-on networking in the classroom followed by assignments to complete with your training group team members
• Dedicated Consultant Development Managers mentor and further professional development
• “How to Be a Consultant” seminars focus on the non-technical aspects of the job
• We pay you 40 hours per week during training to learn everything you can about Microsoft Exchange!
• Coaching from experienced Unbounded technical experts provides support during training and while on project

Qualifications: What Do I Need?
• Must know Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012; Active Directory; DNS; Backup/Storage and Virtualization
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
• At least 2 years’ working experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2010 as well as Active Directory, DNS, Networking and Domain Infrastructures (level 2-3 support)
• Working knowledge with SAN/NAS storage technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to travel nationwide
o Not required that you have experience with Exchange or Lync – that’s what we’ll train you to do!
