Tasks incl: Open or close store; Calculation of floats & registers; Staff task allocation / delegation; Monitor business levels for stock control; Preparation of staff rosters; Handling customer complaints; Adhering to OH&S regulations; Adhering to budgets & forecasts; Implementation of marketing strategies; Attending management meetings; Recruitment & staff selection; Staff training. What we are after: (1) Permanent Resident/ Australian Citizen. (2) Big Box or Supermarket type exp. (3) Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. (4) Able to work a rotational roster. Salary depending on experience would be starting on $39,600 to $55,000 + Super & store bonus (either Assistant Management or Store Management level).
