Job Description:

One of Allied's school franchise needs the Manager Accounts who has School system accounting Knowledge. Job Responsibilities Line management of the accounts staff Online working at Allied school Web Portal Preparation of regular accounts for review of Allied School Maintaining petty cash and bank records, including bankings Review of all purchase invoices Review of expenditure Preparing and entering all fee ‘extras’ on accounts Control of registration fees and deposits Dealing with queries from parents on fee matters Liaison with Parents regarding outstanding fees Processing all invoices, purchase and fees, for School Study Centre Processing invoices, maintaining and reconciling bank and cash accounts for all School Preparation of journals and internal transfers as required Preparation of year end accounts Input and reconciliation of School To assist with any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the Accounts Department as required by the Management You may also be required to undertake such other comparable duties from time to time.
