- Outbound calling to prospective customers and qualifying them on their interest in the company's products and/or services
- Providing details of products/services to the prospective customers
- Answering customer queries and resolving their grievances (if any)
- Maintaining respectful attitude throughout all communications, without fail

- Full time Call Center Representative (Outbound Telesales) are required to generate sales through Telemarketing.Target market is USA, and the sales process is easy. However, a high-level of energy and commitment is required for any telephonic sale process, including this position.
