Responsibilities:
- Deliver UI prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications
- Production of pixel perfect UI elements for deployment to development teams.
- Work with technical project managers and front-end developers to ensure interaction and visual design is consistent with user interface requirements and usability best practices.
- Synthesize complex information into simple design solutions
- Translate creative briefs and user experience documentation into engaging visual design.
- Must be able to coordinate work on a variety of projects simultaneously, and have an acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Attend meetings, brainstorm creative concepts, and ensure creative elements are aligned with desired strategic outcomes.
- Work closely with our developers (local and remote teams) to ensure your designs are built just as lovely as your Photoshop designs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in web design and interactive media
- Advanced level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign and image optimization software, Wireframing and IA skills.
- Experience of concepting, designing and deploying digital GUI across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android Interface Design.
- Strong understand of UX and the ability to clearly articulate design and user experience perspectives
- Clear understanding of responsive web design and flexible layouts.
- Strong ability to listen and synthesize data to understand clients’ needs and provide creative solutions and recommendations.
- Must be user-centric oriented, familiar with standard principles, practices and procedures of UI design.
- Team player with the ability to be a strong creative contributor and collaborator.
- Strong communication skills. Effectively collaborates with other designers, developers, project managers, and others involved in design projects.
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Action Script, XML a plus.
