Job Description: Software Engineer/IT Recruiter.  We are looking for full time Software engineer/IT recruiter in Karachi office, who can help us in hiring IT candidates based on the job requirements from USA market. The qualified candidates should be able to: Screen IT skills.  Identify resumes from job websites, schedule interviews on phone or email.  Check availability and conduct reference checks. This is a full time Night shift. Timings are from 8pm-5am. Work from HOME option available for qualified candidates. Compensation: Rs 20,000 - Rs 60,000 Plus commission Primary Responsibilities:  Extensive calls to passive candidates.  Provide assisting sourcing teams in proactively identifying and interviewing passive talent.  Must have excellent internet search skills.  Document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process. Provide reporting and regular status updates to Hiring Manager as required. Skills Required:· BS BCS BCSIT BBIT O/A level educational background is plus but not required. Should be able to discuss the job requirement with IT related professionals, such as Software engineers/developers, Test/QA engineers, Architects etc. Must be fluent in spoken/written English. Call center or Recruitment experience is a plus. Marketing experience would be plus but not required. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues.
